Meet Kevin Dill
Background
With over 20 years of teaching experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping students with challenging behaviors. My journey began as a Special Educator, working with students who exhibited chronically disruptive behaviors. Over the years, I have served as a special education teacher, public school principal, and director of special education. These roles have shaped my understanding and fueled my passion for developing effective strategies to manage and transform such behaviors. As an accomplished and renowned educator and popular speaker, I offer practical instructional strategies to help all students learn.
Why I Became a Coach
Teaching students with challenging behaviors was incredibly frustrating at first. I wanted to quit almost every day due to the overwhelming difficulties. However, my relentless pursuit of solutions through training, research, and connecting with experts led me to develop a systematic approach that transformed my students’ behaviors. This journey from frustration to success inspired me to share my methods with other educators, leading to the creation of SNT Ed. Consulting, LLC.
